1. Definitions

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account with rans4d, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national ID/KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address.
• Create a secure password and keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Complete the mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting a clear photograph of your Indonesian national ID (KTP), a selfie holding your ID, and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months).
• Maintain only ONE account per person. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our customer support team.

2.3 Account Verification

rans4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. All documents must be legible, valid, and show all four corners of the identification card.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rans4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All financial transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transfers. Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 100,000 for bank transfers and Rp 50,000 for e-wallets.

3.2 Deposit Terms

When making a deposit to your rans4d account, the following terms apply:

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1-5 minutes after successful payment confirmation.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• rans4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number and payment receipt.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

When requesting a withdrawal from your rans4d account, the following terms apply:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-3 hours for bank transfers and 2-6 hours for e-wallet transfers. VIP members (Gold tier and above) receive priority processing.
• You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• If you have an active bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. See Section 4 for complete bonus terms.
• rans4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals (above Rp 50,000,000) or if suspicious activity is detected.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by rans4d are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus has specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions as detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players, bonus abusers, and syndicate members may be excluded from promotions at our discretion.
• Only one bonus can be active per player at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

The rans4d welcome bonus (100% match up to Rp 5,000,000 on first deposit) is subject to a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit Rp 2,000,000 and receive a Rp 2,000,000 bonus, you must wager Rp 50,000,000 (Rp 2,000,000 × 25) before you can withdraw bonus winnings. 5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

rans4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and fund forfeiture:

8. Limitation of Liability

rans4d provides gaming services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events. Your use of rans4d services is at your own risk. 11. Account Closure and Termination

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or fraudulent winnings) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
